Proper fitting of medical compression garments is an important part of long-term comfort and support. The right fit helps ensure the garment works effectively, feels comfortable, and suits your individual needs.
At Sensible Wellness, our approach is guided by nursing knowledge and clinical understanding of swelling, skin health, and post-surgical care. Each fitting includes careful measurement, education, and guidance so you feel confident managing your compression at home. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and personalized experience—whether you are newly starting compression or continuing your care.
We provide nursing assessment and ongoing support for people living with, or at risk of, lymphedema and chronic swelling. Visits may include:
Care is provided within BC nursing standards and can be coordinated with your healthcare team.

ABPI is a simple, non-invasive screening that checks blood flow in your legs. This helps guide safe compression use and supports appropriate garment selection.
This screening supports safe compression fitting and does not replace medical diagnosis or vascular testing by a physician.
